The UK Airsoft Retailers Association registers players, shops and skirmish sites to buy, sell and own RIFs or Realistic Imitation Firearms. If you want to own a RIF you need to join. Just play at your local skirmish site three times over two months and register through them. You will be issued with a UKARA number which you need to quote whenever buying RIFs online or in person. ​Consumer Regulations for Distance Selling
Following the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we adhere to the Customer Contracts Regulations for distance selling (2014). In addition, we also follow the Consumer Rights Directive. These rights apply to orders conducted online, through the phone, or in person.

Purchase Information
Before placing an order we will supply the following information:
- A detailed description of the products and service
- Information about CQBude including our contact information and address
- Price of the goods including any tax charges
- Payment options which can be found in your cart
- Details of how to cancel your order
- Information about refunds
- Delivery information
Right to Cancel
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days before the order has been officially delivered by our courier services. Within this period you must notify us either through email or phone in order to cancel. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation at any time. A refund will be issued only when the unwanted items are returned to our store and the refund may then take 3-4 business days to return to your account.

Reasons for us to Reject a Cancellation
There are some circumstance where the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) does not offer you the right to cancel an order. This includes the following:
- Products that have been altered after receipt, either by the consumer or third party
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items following a delivery
- Items that have been used or damaged

Faulty Products
If you receive a product that appears faulty we offer a 7-day refund policy.
Returning Items
If a refund has been agreed upon we will issue a refund after we have received the products. A refund may take 3-4 business days once the products have been received. We offer refunds up to 7 days after a product has been received. We may refuse a refund for the following reasons:
- Consumer damage to the product
- Failure to receive the returned product to our location
- Items have been altered after receiving them
- Being returned after the 7-day period
- Products returned by someone other than the original customer
- Non-faulty items

Delivery Information
Our main shipping service is Post Office UK and Parcel Force for larger shipments. They provide an exceptional service and will deliver our products to you with the upmost care. Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days. We ship goods as quickly as we can Monday through Friday during normal office hours. We do not dispatch goods at the weekend.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. Orders placed from outside the UK will be refunded and no products will be sent.

Stock Availability
We aim to ensure that stock levels are accurate, however on some occasions this may not be correct due to human error and if we find we do not physically have the product in stock we will contact you directly and either offer you a full refund or suggest an alternative product.

Pricing
CQB is an independent seller and operates as a sole trader for tax purposes. We aim to make sure our prices are up to date and correct. If there is a mistake or you have been overcharged we will refund you the difference.

Ordering and Paying
On our website we accept a range of payment options through our hosting platform. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Regardless, we may not be able to fulfil your order if:
- Your funds don't clear
- We have made a pricing error
- The product is out of stock​
