It doesn't matter what time of year you play or what the temperature is, dehydration is no fun so you need a hydration system (that's a water bottle). This hydration system does just what it says on the tin - an aluminium water bottle of 750ml. Think of it as a wine bottle volume but not for wine (unless that's your thing, we don't judge).
